PRA Board Members
Branko is currently a Detective with the Milwaukee Police Department. He was elected to the Police Relief Association board of directors in 2008 and served in position of Secretary until becoming the President of the association in 2013. Branko is committed to serving all members and their families by providing fiduciary duties and always progressively researching and fighting for bigger and better benefits affecting police officers.
Michael has been a Police Officer since 1980, and a Detective since 1990. He has also served on the PRA board as a Trustee and as the Vice President, since the early 1990s. Michael has seen the fund grow and the benefit increase from $3,500 and $6,000 to $8,000. Over the years, numerous issues and changes have come before the board. These have included moving to new office space, hiring a professional financial consultant, the computerization of records, the creation of a retiree position on the board and increasing the amount of the death benefit. He has the greatest amount of experience serving on the Police Relief Association Board. Regarding all matters before the board, he has and will always keep the best interest of the members, active and retired, as the only priority.
Gust has been in the service of the Milwaukee Police Department since 1992 and currently a Detective in the Metropolitan Division. Gust also serves as a Trustee for the Employe's Retirement System of the City of Milwaukee.
Sebastian is currently a Lieutenant assigned to the Narcotics Division. Sebastian was first elected to the PRA board as a Director in 2005. In 2014, Sebastian was elected to the Secretary position. Sebastian has previously served as the Vice President and Trustee to the Milwaukee Police Association and a Trustee for the Employe's Retirement System of the City of Milwaukee.
Director - Active
Since 1990, Police Officer Dena Klemstein has served the Milwaukee Police Department and has 20 years in law enforcement experience with assignments in Patrol, Communications Division, Internal Affairs-Civil Litigation Unit, Milwaukee Homicide Review Commission, Office of the Chief of Police and currently the Risk Management Division. Dena is the Program Administrator the Early Intervention Program and also assists the Department in obtaining State WILEAG Accreditation. She has also served as a volunteer for the Recreational Association of the Milwaukee Police, Justice for a Cure, and Special Olympics.
Director - Retiree
Pat Doyle was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department in 1967 and retired as a Detective in 2001. During that time, Pat served on the Milwaukee Police Association as a Trustee and Secretary Treasurer. Pat also previously served on the Police Relief Association as a Director. Pat was appointed to the Retiree Director position in 2009. Pat holds a tremendous amount of historical knowledge for the PRA.
